This Liquid to Matte Lipsticks goes on like a lip gloss and dries to a matte, velvety finish about one minute after application. Our liquid lipstick formula is truly unique as it is a light-weight formula that gives a comfortable, non-drying matte lip. Our formula is long-lasting and is available in different vibrant shades! Our liquid lipsticks are formulated from scratch, handcrafted in our own laboratory, and are made with the finest raw materials.
Directions for use: Apply liquid lipstick to bare lips with wand. Allow up to one minute to dry. Once the liquid lipstick is dry, lips will have a matte appearance. Avoid oily foods.

• Contains Rice and Kaolin clay which is a naturally occurring clay mineral, also called China Clay. It is known for its absorbent qualities and is what gives Liquid to Matte Lipsticks that luxurious matte look and feel without drying out the lips.
The main components needed to make the Liquid to Matte Stay on Lipstick are: 1, Lotion Base, 2. Pigment Filler, mixed together and 3. Pigment Blend of choice plus empty lip gloss tubes or cosmetic jars.
Makes slightly over 100g of Lotion. Suggested essential oil ratio 0.5 to 2.5% (10 to 50 drops total)
Suggested Essential Oils:
Method:
Melt the Naturderm C5, stearic acid and ceteareth 20 (if waterproofing add the Isododecane) in a small heat resistant glass jug in a bain-marie or microwave.
Heat the distilled water till just boiling.
When the wax/oil is completely melted add the just boiled water and stir until cool. Add the preservative and essential oils and stir. Put aside until needed.
Grind the above powders in a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder.
Liquid Lipstick Base
Ingredients:
Mix the Lotion base and Pigment filler and stir very well – I use a hand held blender!
Pour into an empty bottle.

Method:
Mix the Pigment into the liquid lipstick base and mix until creamy and smooth.
Syringe into an empty lip gloss tube or place into an empty jar.

- Lotion Base
- 4g Stearic acid (1 tsp.)
- 2g Ceteareth 20 (½ tsp.)
- 20g Naturderm C5
- 100ml Distilled water
- A few drops of preservative, suggest Grapefruit seed extract or Geogard
- Optional addition - 1 tsp. Isododecane - To make the Liquid to Matte lipstick waterproof, add to the oil/wax component.

- 3 teaspoons Kaolin clay
- 1 ½ teaspoon Zinc oxide
- ½ teaspoon Magnesium stearate
Grind the above powders in a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder.

- 50g prepared Lotion base.
- 20g prepared Pigment Filler
Mix the Lotion base and Pigment filler and stir very well – I use a hand held blender!
